I'm living in Mimi’s house and for some reason I answer the phone to Kate. She asks if I'm ok and I say yes. Meanwhile I grab some boiling eggs to eat. I wonder why I'm still talking to her when I already made the decision to cut ties. It feels weird to talk to her as if I had just distanced myself for some months and not actually cut ties. I give her vague answers about my life. Then she's in the house with me and I'm walking around the house. I finally decide to cut the conversation short and tell her I need to go. I leave through the back door and close the door behind me while she's still asking me something. I hear her saying something about why am I leaving through the back door and now I grab her in the garden and tell her to hurry up and make her run in front of me. I just want to get rid of her. I don't know where did she go to. I'm just running wild on all fours like a beast. I can feel my quartz necklace dangling from my neck. A girl who has now appeared yells excitedly "faster, faster". I feel good running free.
